Archiving Policy

The authors of Legal Studies on Central Europe:

- are entitled to download and print the digital version of their manuscript published in Legal Studies on Central Europe;

- are entitled to publish their manuscript without any modification on other websites.  

The readers are entitled to download and print the digital version of the manuscripts published in Legal Studies on Central Europe.

Anybody using any published manuscripts in Legal Studies on Central Europe in whole or in part shall cite the chapter in a way applicable to the relevant field of study. 

Legal Studies on Central Europe applies the ‘RoMEO Green Colour’ archiving policy: the authors may archive pre- and post-print or the publisher’s version/PDF.

In the event of the LSCE is no longer published or the website is moved or does no longer function, all LSCE issues are available continuously on the following website: http://real.mtak.hu/
