    The primary aim of the series is to present and address legal issues that are strongly related to the Central European region, taking into account the particular legal traditions, culture, and approach of the countries therein. The authenticity of the books can be seen in the fact that renowned authors from the Central European region write about the legal instruments of countries of the Central European region in English. The book series aims to establish itself as a comparative legal research forum by contributing to the stronger cooperation of the countries concerned and by ensuring the “best practices” and making different legal solutions available and interpretable to all of the states in Central Europe. However, it also aims to provide insights and detailed analyses of these topics to all interested legal scholars and legal practitioners outside the region so that they might become acquainted with the legal systems of Central European countries regarding a great variety of subjects.

  • Studies of the Polish-Hungarian Professors’ Network

    Studies of the Polish-Hungarian Professors' Network provides comprehensive knowledge on the Polish-Hungarian legal achievements, focused on addressing contemporary challenges. The works published in the series are the result of the Polish-Hungarian Professors Network and are closely connected to the research groups established within this project. In 2025, the series will include scholarly works addressing key topics such as changes in the structure and scope of foreign service activity, reversed rule of law in Poland, child welfare and modern technologies, social exclusion of older people and transnational migration crime. The conclusions presented in these texts will hold not only theoretical significance but also practical value, contributing to the development of the legal sciences in both Poland and Hungary. This series aspires to become a leading forum for fostering intellectual exchange and collaboration between scholars and practitioners in Poland and Hungary.

    The book series Legal Heritage seeks to publish significant a nd intriguing results of the research related to the most relevant historical sources of law in Central and Eastern Europe. Each volume of the book series primarily aims to commemorate the anniversary of a relevant moment in the regions’ legal history. It is also an important goal of this series to authentically present and address legal issues which arise related to the Central and Eastern European region, considering the particular legal traditions and culture of the countries therein. The series mostly presents the essays of acclaimed scholars of the given field of law. The book series mainly concerns legal history; however, the papers can involve also constitutional, public, private, or comparative law issues.

The primary goal of the series is to present and address legal issues which arise in connection with the Central European region, taking into account the legal traditions, culture and approach of the countries therein. The series consists and will consist of titles on not only private and public law but also legal and integration history. Furthermore, it aims to encompass titles which deal with and analyse international law and EU law aspects related to the countries in the Central European region. The books published in the series are written for both academics and legal practitioners who are interested in contemporary legal problems connected to Central European countries.
